T O N E D is an intense full-body toning class developed by a long-time barre instructor who has cultivated and tested these sequences for years. T O N E D is specifically designed to focus on slow and controlled movements targeting every single muscle in your body. While T O N E D does not include specific cardio sequences, the class is designed to elevate the heart rate through toning. You can expect to achieve increased strength, improved flexibility and to leave each class feeling so good and totally toned.
