BALLET FIT THEORY
Ballet Fit Theory is a full body workout based on the foundation of ballet designed to improve core stability, balance, and coordination. Developed by former ballerina and NASM certified trainer, Sophie Folts-Mercure, this class combines ballet inspired cardio, targeted mat work, and strength training sequences designed to create long and lean muscles. Sequences of the class include intervals of low impact, high intensity, fat burning cardio interspersed with muscle sculpting technique conditioning to strengthen and tone targeted muscle groups.
